Terms and Conditions

When you book, a prompt £50.00 deposit is required for each week booked. This secures your booking. Please ensure that you include this with your booking form which we will send you, we should receive this back duly completed within 5 days. This deposit is non-refundable. The full outstanding payment of the hire fee, and the £50.00 damage waiver (see below), is required 6 weeks before the commencemnt of your holiday. If under 6 weeks to the start of the holiday, the full hire fee plus the damage waiver deposit will be required within 7 days of the booking. Should the holiday be cancelled, every effort will be made to relet the holiday and any rental thus received will be refunded to the original hirer less a £30 administration fee.

A £50.00 damage waiver deposit (this covers any damge caused, loss of caravan keys/electronic key fob etc) and booking form will be required to complete the transaction; the damage waiver deposit will be refunded within a few days (or after we are in receipt of caravan keys/electronic key fob if posted back to us) after the holiday has finished, provided no damage/breach of letting terms is observed; should damage/breach occur, the owners decision is final.
 
We accept payments by Cheques and Postal orders made payable to Mr R Wilson and the envelope clearly addressed to: - Mr R Wilson, Wilsons Caravan Breaks, 169 Butcher Hill, Leeds, LS16 5EA , West Yorkshire. A receipt will be posted/emailed back to you if you request one. We also accept payment by credit card via Paypal, however a 3.5% surcharge will be added to the cost of your paypal payment for your holiday to cover paypal charges to us. If booking a last-minute break, we do request payment via PayPal for this, cheques and postal orders may well not arrive or cheques clear in time for your holiday. We cannot accept payment on arrival as we do not own the sites even though they do hand our keys over for us.

Wilsons Caravan Breaks (the owner) reserve the right, without notice or refund of deposit, to cancel any bookings not paid on time. The owner also reserves the right to exclude anyone found to have caused maliscious damaged to the caravan and criminal proceedings may also be pursued , without any refund of rental. This is at the sole discretion of the owner.

The site reserves the right to exclude anyone breaking any site rules, or causing damage, disturbance or similar. There will be no right to a refund from either the site or Wilsons Caravan Breaks in such circumstances.

Single sex bookings, or bookings whose leader is under 21, are not accepted. No animals are allowed in the caravan, even though the sites permit pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the caravan - it is the hirers responsibility to ensure compliance with this rule, failure to comply will forfeit the damage waiver deposit. Also no naked flames such as candles, inscense, burning oils etc

For Health & Safety reasons, the gas fire only to be used when caravan is occupied and must be turned off at night, or if party is away from the caravan. Again, breach of this condition may forfeit the damage waiver

Please note that the hirer/lead member of the party must be in attendence and sleep in the caravan throughout the period of the booking, unless the party leaves early.

In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked , we ask that you arrive no earlier than 4pm on your first day, and departures must be made by 10am on the last day. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition, (this also keeps our costs down to you). It is the hirers responsibility for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay. Any damage found and items missing will result in the £50.00 damage waiver being non-refunded. All items in our caravans are purchased from Tesco.

Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given. We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, frost, snow, etc., and any holidays cancelled by yourselves due to weather are not entitled to a full refund.
Should the situation arise that you wish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £10 will be required.

Party members are advised to take out their own holiday insurance in case of personal accident, injury, curtailment of holiday, loss of personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc. In case of dispute – our decision is final

Bedding is provided, however, you will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, mattress covers, towels and tea towels

Important Note : We do not own the caravan site and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilitiesl, surrounding areas and plots.
