The site is in the perfect location for many of Lincolnshire's great tourist attractions, walks, cycling, bird-watching and walking on the Marsh and The Wash or just for pure relaxation..........bliss.

There is fishing within the local area on rivers and ponds (the site’s own fishing lake is currently in the process of being developed and will hopefully be completed for the new season starting in March 2011).

Sandringham Estate - Approximately 22 miles from the site and a gret day out

Butterfly & Wildlife Park -Just half a mile walk, out of the park entrance and turn right - just on your left

Wedney Wildlife Reserve - Great for nature lover and just 24 miles drive away

Motocross & Model Cars - 6 miles from the site and great fun for the thrill seekers

African Violet Centre - For you botonists this is only 9 miles from the site

North Norfolk Railway - this is a great day out for young and old alike, quite a drive away (47 miles) but takes up all day.

The Wash Estuary - This stunning reserve is just 5 miles away and great for nature lovers

Brewery Tour Wisbech - for the alcohol lovers, 10 miles away from the site you can re-educate yourselves at the brewery
